1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a Thunderbolt Casino (also referred to as the "Casino", “Thunderbolt”, "we", "us", or "our") member and placing wagers in the Casino, you fully accept and understand that all of the following terms and conditions apply. 2. Eligibility
Thunderbolt Casino is restricted to individuals of legal age who are residents of jurisdictions where the use of Thunderbolt Casino and its games is not prohibited by law. All Thunderbolt Casino games are void where prohibited by law. Minors are strictly forbidden to play!
3. Real Money and Fun Play
Thunderbolt Casino is a real-money platform. All gameplay involves real funds, unless otherwise selected. Players who prefer entertainment-only gameplay may log in and select “Fun Mode”, which allows access to games without real-money risk or payouts.
4. Game Monitoring
Thunderbolt Casino monitors all casino games at all times. We have the ability to track and review each hand/roll/slot pull/spin for each player and game offered.
5. Game Disconnections
Should any game be interrupted or disconnected at any time, the situation at the point of interruption and results from the previous game should be displayed when the player resumes the game. If our server did not receive the player’s bet, the player’s balance will not be reduced, and the previous result will display.
6. Limitation of Liability
Thunderbolt Casino makes every effort to protect its customers. However, we shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from disconnection between the player and the Casino. The balance of a player's account shall always reflect the amount recorded on our game servers.
This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from software or hardware failure, third-party service interruptions, or indirect or consequential damages.
7. Dispute Resolution
All customer disputes should be forwarded to Thunderbolt Casino by email or via our dispute form within seven (7) days of the disputed event.
8. Indemnification
By using our software, players agree to hold the Company, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, affiliates, and agents harmless and indemnify them from any liabilities arising from:
- Entry, use, or reuse of the website.
- Use of any website materials.
- Entry, use, or reuse of the Casino server.
- Participation in games.
- Acceptance of any prize.
9. Terms Compliance
Members are only allowed one active account. Winnings will only be paid to players who maintain a single account under their own name. All winnings will be void for players found to have more than one active account. Thunderbolt Casino permits only one account per user’s name, unless Thunderbolt Casino grants express permission otherwise.
10. Single Account Policy
Only one active account per user is permitted. Winnings are voided if a player has multiple active accounts unless explicitly approved by Thunderbolt Casino.
11. Account Security
Players are responsible for keeping their account details secure. The Casino is not liable for any claims arising from compromised accounts.
12. Privacy
Personal identity and wagering history of players will remain confidential and will not be reported.
13. Tax Responsibility
Players are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on their winnings or prizes.
14. Game Availability
Thunderbolt Casino reserves the right to add or remove any games or activities at its sole discretion without notice.
15. Promotional Consent
By accepting any prize or winnings, players consent to the use of their name and photograph for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
16. Withdrawal Verification
All withdrawals are subject to audit. Players must provide valid identification and other documents. Failure to comply within 4 weeks may result in account lockout and voided winnings.
17. Source of Funds
Players may be required to provide evidence of the source of funds or wealth and prove ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
18. Personal Play Only
Accounts must be used solely by the registered individual. Playing on behalf of another person or entity is prohibited.
19. Payment Methods
Withdrawals will be processed using the original deposit method, where possible. Thunderbolt Casino has final discretion on withdrawal methods.
20. Deposit Playthrough
Players must wager their deposit at least once before a withdrawal is allowed.
21. Withdrawal Limits
Maximum withdrawal is R25,000 per customer per week. Thunderbolt Casino may adjust this limit depending on VIP status.
22. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to withhold service or funds from accounts suspected of fraud or violation of our policies. A deposit must be wagered once before any withdrawal.
23. Inactive Accounts
All accounts not logged in or out of for 6 months are considered inactive. The Casino will then remove any remaining balance.
24. Winnings Voided Under Specific Conditions
Thunderbolt Casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any winnings and withhold funds in a player's account under the following circumstances:
- The player has more than one active account at the Casino.
- The name on the player's casino account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used for deposits.
- The name on the player's account differs from the actual owner of the payment method used.
- The player withdraws funds from a promotion before meeting its terms and conditions.
- The player provides false or misleading registration details.
- The player is under the legal age to gamble.
- The player lives in a country or region where online gambling with the Casino is not legal.
- The player has allowed someone else to access or use their account.
- The player is not playing for personal entertainment (e.g., playing professionally or as part of a group or syndicate).
- The player has reversed or charged back any deposits.
- The player is found cheating, or using any system, tool, or software (such as bots or data collection methods) to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with the Casino’s random game outcomes.
25. Record-Keeping
Players are advised to save or print a copy of all transactional records, terms, and refund/payment methods for future reference. This prevents potential miscommunication or dispute regarding game history, deposits, or withdrawal conditions.
26. Intellectual Property
All website content, software, graphics, trademarks, and other proprietary material are the sole property of Thunderbolt Casino or its licensors. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use this content for personal entertainment only. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
27. Transaction Decisions
Thunderbolt Casino has full discretion in determining valid transactions and reserves the right to decide what constitutes a qualified transaction.
28. Modification of Terms or Promotions
We reserve the right to modify rules or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
29. Country Bonus Eligibility
Only players from South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland, Lesotho, and Mozambique may redeem bonuses.
30. Restricted Jurisdictions
The Casino does not provide services to individuals in: Antigua, Austria, Belarus, Costa Rica, Israel, Moldova, Netherlands Antilles, Russia, United States of America, and the United Kingdom.
31. Player Conduct
Abusive, profane, sexist, racist, or threatening language or behavior directed at Casino staff or other players will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for such conduct.
- Usernames must be appropriate. We reserve the right to alter or lock any offensive usernames and take any further action deemed necessary.
PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

New accounts (New player accounts), are defined as accounts that are opened by new players who have never at any stage opened an account at Thunderbolt Casino before.

Bonuses pertaining to new accounts are bonuses on a player's first deposit made into their Thunderbolt Casino account.

Thunderbolt Casino can at any time run different promotions for new accounts. Only one new player promotion coupon can be redeemed per new player account at any one time.

Promotions are for a limited time only and Thunderbolt Casino reserves the right to terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined, unless otherwise specified.

Thunderbolt Casino reserves the right to request further documentation and/or withhold bonus amounts.

To receive bonus payments, all casino accounts must have a valid e-mail address and telephone number.

Only accounts with a verified email address are eligible to receive or redeem free bonuses. If your email address has not been verified, you will not be able to claim these offers. Details on how to verify your email address can be found in our FAQ section.

A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or existing account balance. If you happen to redeem bonuses on top of an existing playable balance (R10), any winnings will be voided and original deposit reimbursed to your account. All promotional offers are only available to those players to whom the offer was issued directly by the casino. Promotional offers by email are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred.

A promotion is considered completed when a player meets the wagering requirements or when the balance reaches below R1. Once your balance reaches below R1, any remaining Bonus Balance will automatically be cleared by the system.

The minimum bonus amount for our deposit coupon codes is R25; the maximum bonus amount is R8000, unless otherwise stated. The coupon codes are valid only for one deposit (unless otherwise stated). Deposit coupon codes must be entered before depositing and cannot be retroactively credited to any customer's account.

Wagering requirements for our deposit bonus coupons are 30 times the sum of the deposit plus the bonus, unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled for each and every deposit bonus used. This rule will only be annulled after the customer's balance has reached R0 again.

The following games count towards fulfilling the wagering requirements for all bonuses (deposit and no-deposit): 7 Stud Poker, Bingo games, European Slot Poker, Keno, Pai Gow Poker, Scratch Cards and all Slots unless otherwise stated.

Any wagers made on excluded games before the wagering requirements are completed, will result in the bonus and any winnings being voided.

Wagering requirements for our no-deposit coupons are 60 times the bonus, unless otherwise stated.

Any free money given without requiring a deposit, e.g. a No-Deposit Coupon, loyalty bonus, VIP bonus, vanity card, manager deposit, competition/tournament prizes, compensation bonus, inconvenience bonus, birthday bonus etc. (unless otherwise stated) will have a maximum cash out of 5x the bonus given e.g. R50 given; max cash out = R250 (Random Jackpots are also included). This rule is also valid when a customer's balance is positive at the time of redeeming the non-deposit bonus. After redeeming the bonus, the rule will only be annulled after the customer's balance has reached R0 again.

Thunderbolt Casino reserves the right to apply a maximum cashout of 10 X the value of your deposit to all deposit bonuses as stipulated in bonus terms and conditions as well as other promotional material. E.g. deposit R100, max. cashout: 10 x R100 = R1000, etc.

Any no deposit bonus received, has to be redeemed within one month of its receipt. In the case of our birthday bonuses, up to one month past the birth date.

Every time you wager R10 in bets on any game, you earn 1 Comp Point, 100 Points = R1. (Except for our Game of the Month Promotion where you earn double Comp Points (2 for every R10 bet)). The minimum amount of Comp Points that can be redeemed is 100. VIP customers earn more comp points for every wager made, according to the player's VIP group.

Only bets placed with real money or bonuses tied to a deposit are eligible for earning comp points.

Non-compliance with the above terms and conditions shall be deemed promotion abuse and as such will give Thunderbolt Casino management the discretionary right to take the following action against such abusers: All balances/payouts shall be considered null and void. The result of abusing our player accounts will mean the account is terminated with immediate effect. Players found to be abusing promotions may be precluded from receiving further promotional offers from the casino.

Bonuses are made available on a regular basis at Thunderbolt Casino. These are offered as a reward to all our regular and loyal/VIP players. However, any player found to be availing of these promotions, not in the spirit in which they are given, may be subject to exclusion.

Each bonus must be completely wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Any premature withdrawal requests will be denied, and the wagering requirements for the previous bonus(es) must be completed.

The winnings from Free Spins have to be wagered 60 times the initial free spins value in ZAR before a withdrawal can be made. A maximum of 5 times the initial free spins value in ZAR can be withdrawn. Free Spins are always limited to one specific game. Free Spins on top of a deposit bonus have to be completed on the specified game before any other game can be played with the deposit bonus. The Free Spins do not change the terms and conditions of the deposit bonus.

For account verification and fraud prevention purposes, all players must complete at least one deposit of minimum R50 before they can withdraw any free bonus winnings. A one-time rollover is attached to such deposit

Customers whose last deposit is older than three months and claim a free bonus, are not entitled to a withdrawal.

Winnings made on linked accounts using the same offers will automatically be voided and therefore, will be removed from the accounts.

Max bet rule for all bonuses = R100.00. Any winnings plus bonus amounts derived from such bets will be voided. Unless you are a VIP player at Thunderbolt, then this rule does not apply.

Customers cannot redeem multiple free bonuses/free spins offers consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings.

Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently on their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until such withdrawals are either processed or cancelled. Abuse of this policy, as defined by the casino, may result in a cancellation of the player's winnings

SLOT TOURNAMENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Tournament Buy-Ins, Add-ons, or Re-Buys will be deducted from your real money account balance. Bonuses cannot be used for Buy-Ins, Add-ons, or Re-Buys on Slot Tournaments.

Thunderbolt Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions apply to the Slot Tournament Buy-Ins. If you use the playable balance obtained through a no-deposit bonus to enter a tournament, the maximum withdrawal amount of 5 times the bonus will be applied to any tournament winnings.

Free bonuses cannot be used to contribute to the Lobby Jackpot. Lobby jackpots won while playing with a balance derived from a free bonus will be subject to the maximum withdrawable amount and T&Cs of that bonus.

Lobby jackpot prizes come with no wagering restrictions. Lobby Jackpots are awarded as a real money balance and can be withdrawn immediately by the player.

REFER A FRIEND TERMS & CONDITIONS

In this promotion the "Referrer" is defined as the person who is inviting friends to play, while the "Referred Friend" is the person who has been invited to play.

In order to receive earnings from referring friends, the Referrer must complete at least one deposit at Thunderbolt Casino.

In order to be credited any earnings, the Referrer's casino account balance must be less than R10 and have no pending withdrawals.

Earnings are placed on hold until the Referrer finishes the bonus playthrough.
