Instructions on how to Verify your Account for withdrawal
Before Thunderbolt Casino can process your withdrawal, the account verification requirements must first be completed and approved.
To complete the account verification process, you will be required to verify the accuracy of the personal details provided upon your Thunderbolt Casino account registration. For your protection and security, we kindly ask you to send the documentation listed below via email to [email protected]:
- A coloured copy of both the front and back of your Government-issued photo ID, e.g. Drivers License or Passport.

- Proof of address, e.g. utility bill or bank statement, etc. Required to be sent in the form of a coloured copy and should not be older than 90 days.

All documents must be legible and valid (not expired), all four corners must be visible.
- Thunderbolt Casino may request that you send an additional picture of you holding your Government-issued photo ID next to your face. For example, in cases where (but not limited to) you used a form of cryptocurrency to fund your Thunderbolt Casino account.*
The picture quality should be good enough to verify the details. The entire ID document and your face must both be visible. Thunderbolt Casino reserves the right to ask for further documentation at our discretion. For example, (but not limited to), the following:

Thunderbolt Casino processes withdrawals between Monday and Friday. The withdrawal process will begin 48 hours / two business days after receiving your withdrawal request.
